This class introduces a gentle approach to yoga with an emphasis on pranayama (breathing) and asana practice that is tailored to the individual's needs. Hatha yoga was originally taught to prepare the body for meditation. Learn to still one's thoughts and cleanse the body using the breath, movement and mindfulness.
